WHAT DOES BLÅKLÄDER MEAN?
Blåkläder literally means “blue clothing”, which is another synonym for work clothing. When you say in Sweden: “I put on my Blåkläder”, you literally say: I put on my work clothes.
WHAT DOES LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE SEAMS MEAN?
If the seams of a garment split, we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover seams that split due to mechanical damage that tears or cuts the seam because of contact with sharp edges or tools, or if the fabric is otherwise worn out from general wear. Please return the item to the retailer where you bought the garment. All garments must be returned to the retailer at the buyer’s expense before a garment can be repaired or replaced.
I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact the dealer/store where you bought the product. They will return the item to Blåkläder, who will assess it and, in the event of a manufacturing defect / warranty, refund a new product. It is important that the defective products are returned to Blåkläder so that we can investigate them and correct any errors in the future.
WHERE CAN I BUY BLÅKLÄDER?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you place an order with one of our dealers and the items are in stock, the goods will be shipped the same day from Sweden. Delivery from Sweden takes 3 to 5 working days. If the garment needs to be transfer or embroidered, it may take longer.
YOUR BUSINESS, OUR CONCERN
A professional likes to associate his name with professional work clothing. Your company name should therefore not be missing on the clothing. So why not go the extra mile by embroidering or printing your logo on your clothing. At Blåkläder we are committed to providing you with beautiful, uniform corporate clothing and therefore offer you an “in-house” service for printing and embroidery. Placing an order with us is very easy and smooth, and repeat orders will be delivered to you after 1 to 2 weeks.
TRANSFERS
We always use heat transfers that have sharp contours and can withstand frequent washing. The price varies depending on the number of transfers ordered, the format and the number of colors in the transfer / logo.
Transfers can be placed on most fabrics and are washable up to 85 °, tumble dry and dry cleanable. When developing new transfers, the delivery time is approx.
EMBROIDERY
Our embroidery is of high quality. Perfect for those who want to give their corporate clothing an even more professional look. The price for embroidering the logo varies with the number of stitches. Embroidery prices are on request by sending an email to info@blaklader.nl, along with a sharp, usable example of the logo in the desired format.
SPECIAL SERVICES
We also provide a variety of other services to our customers because we know how important it is to provide the best possible options for their working environment. Even the smallest request is important to us and we are pleased to know that we have helped make a difference. We offer special services such as: lengthening / shortening, extra reinforcement on knees, reflective tape for extra visibility and personal packaging.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES OF BLÅKLÄDER PRODUCTS?
To download high resolution product images, go to a product page and click the “High resolution images” tab.
WHAT IS EPS FORMAT?
EPS is an image format that’s used for offset printing and supports vectorised graphics. Our EPS images are high resolution, 300dpi RGB. The images have crop marks.
WHAT IS JPEG FORMAT?
JPEG is an image format used online and suitable for handling in Microsoft Office, for example. The images are low resolution in order to take up as little storage as possible and are not suitable for offset printing.

You do not know exactly what size you have? With the help of the size chart and measurement instructions, it will be easier to find the right size. Use our size chart!
